My thoughts…
Craving Beauty is a retelling of Beauty and the Beast. The story follows Vynasha, a scarred Beauty, who is in search of a cure for her nephew Wyll, who was burned in a fire that took their family. During her search she discovers that she may not be who she seems…
In terms of a retelling it is a really good one. Written well, the story draws you in with interesting characters and great descriptions. The book itself is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful Cover and beautifully detailed pages on the inside.
Craving Beauty is a haunting, dark and twisty retelling that will hold you captive from the first chapter. A fantastic and enjoyable story and I recommend it, particularly if you enjoy Fairytales!
